We accept most major health insurance plans, including the Oregon Health Plan and Medicare. Patients will receive at least two bills for endoscopic services. One will be for the professional services of the physician. The other will be from the surgical center itself for the procedure costs. In addition, if biopsies are taken, there will be a separate bill from the pathology lab. Pathology fees are not under the control of Yamhill Valley Surgical Center and will vary based on the number of specimens submitted. For eye procedures, a fee for anesthesia will also be billed to you.

 

Payment in advance is not required in most cases. In addition, we recognize that many patients have either

high deductible insurance or no insurance at all. We are committed to working with these patients to assure that they get the care they need in spite of these challenges. Our mission is to make our services available to patients who need these procedures regardless of their financial circumstances. If your situation requires special consideration for endoscopic procedures, please call Dr.Gibson's office to work out financial arrangements.
